When Buying a Home or Investment Property management of the process is critical.  That is what I offer along with valuing property to make sure we are aware of the correct value, negotiating the right price, repairs and ciritical dates for the Buyer.  I firmly believe that buying a home should be an enjoyable process for the Buyer, whether experience investor or first time buyer.  My job is to assure this by handling issues before they become problems and making sure all critical dates are met.

By properly managing the buying process I strive to make the experience of buying a property simple, enjoyable & stress-free.  All the various components of the process must be incorporated together in order to realize the client's objective.  Buyers all get the same to notch service:

•  Identify client housing requirements and extras they would like.
• Arranging for Financing & gaining a pre-approval for strong positioning.
• Locate specific potential properties & e-mail to clients via HomeFinder on an "as listed" basis. Assist the Buyer in evaluating the home & making that Right Decision.Work with the buyers to put together an effective offer meeting buyer requirements.
• Strongly Negotiating the Purchase Agreement.
• Personally handling all aspects of the purchase all the way through Closing.

 To this end I like to spend time with the client prior to actually looking for property learning about them, their life style and what they are looking for in their home.  As with selling a home I strive for that "win - win" transaction where both parties are please with the outcome.
